We recommend a deep rug cleaning every 6 months. But this depends on traffic level and your rug’s exposure to pets and other members of the household. If a family member is sensitive to allergens, a more frequent cleaning is recommended.

When you schedule a service, you have the option to select At Home cleaning services or At Shop. In other words, we will be happy to come to you or you can take advantage of our area rug pick up and delivery services. We pick your rug up, take it back to our shop for a thorough cleaning, and deliver it back exactly as we found it, clean and dry.
